Honestly, I don’t remember exactly when I decided to try it. But I’m so glad I did it! It’s incredible! I had to laugh when I found this recipe. Because I never thought I would eat them, let alone make an entire recipe. But, hey, here we are.

Pasta Salad Recipe

Feinkostart’s easy to make pasta salad with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. The perfect side dish for summer.

  • 1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
  • 2

    Dijon-Senf
  • 1 teaspoon Creole mustard

    granulated sugar
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 2

    Onion powder
  • 1 Stange Staudensellerie
    gewürfelt
  • 1/4 red onionfinely chopped
  • 1/4
    red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 green pepper, diced
  • 1/4cupfrische Petersilie hacked
  • Basil Chiffonade
    2-3 fresh basil leaves
  • 4
    oz.
    Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    as desired
  • salt to taste
  1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, granulated sugar, garlic powder and onion powder to make the dressing.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Season with sea salt.
  4. Add celery, red onion, bell pepper and parsley to dressing; mix well.
  5. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
  6. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  7. Drain pasta completely; do not rinse.
  8. Stir the pasta to prevent it from sticking and let it cool to room temperature.
  9. When the pasta has cooled, add it to the dressing and cooled vegetables.
  10. Stir well to combine.
  11. Cover the bowl again with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  12. Take the pasta salad out of the fridge and taste.
  13. Adjust the salt if necessary.
  14. Add Monterey Jack cheese and basil.
  15. Mix well.
  16. Have fun!
