If you are like me, you love bread. And if you’re like me, you probably eat a LOT of bread. I’ve tried to curb my bread-eating over the years by not buying or eating the white stuff, but I still crave it. These quick and easy sandwiches can be made in minutes in just a few simple steps, and are a great way to make use of leftover cucumber slices or store-bought cucumber slices. They’re perfect as a snack when you need something that’s a little different to grab for lunch or when you’re on a diet.. Read more about pickle bun sandwich and let us know what you think.
