Instructions

  1. Leaves should be removed. In a plastic bag, place the cauliflower head.

  2. Combine the lemon juice, spices, and yogurt in a mixing bowl. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight for optimum flavor.

  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

  4. Place the cauliflower on a baking dish after removing it from the plastic bag.

  5. Bake for 45–60 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender on the inside and golden brown on the exterior.

  6. Before serving, drizzle with melted butter or oil and top with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley.

Tip!

You may cut the cauliflower into half or quarters if you’re in a hurry. Alternatively, smaller portions may be used. To ensure uniform cooking, divide them into florets of approximately the same size.
