Low-Carb Chocolate Fudge – Recipe

If you’ve ever had trouble losing weight, then you’ll want to try this low-carb chocolate fudge recipe. It’s an easy one to make, and it tastes delicious.

Sometimes a girl just wants to eat good… and not feel like she’s dieting. So, without further ado, here’s a recipe for low carb chocolate fudge that’s super easy to make, and super easy to eat. (It’s a two-step process, so don’t worry if you’re impatient.)

Chocolate fudge with a low carb count



Whoa… chocolate and cream are a combination made in heaven. This semi-sweetlow-carb fudge doesn’t take much to please. As an after-dinner dessert, try a little slice. The end result is flawless.

Medium (5 + 30 m)



  1. In a heavy-bottomed sauce pan, bring heavy cream and vanilla to a boil. Allow it to boil for one minute before lowering the heat and allowing it to simmer.

  2. Simmer the cream until it has been reduced to half its original volume — this may take up to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the pan and the temperature. Stir once in a while.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the room temperature butter. To make a smooth batter, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Remove the pan from the heat.

  4. Chocolate should be chopped into tiny bits. Stir the chocolate into the heated cream mixture until it has melted. If desired, add more flavorings.

  5. Allow it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours after pouring into a 7×7 inch (18 x 18 centimeter) baking dish. Bring out the chocolate powder and sprinkle it over top. Serve chilled, cut into pieces.

  6. This fudge may be frozen and does not need to be thawed before serving. After a minute or two at room temperature, it will be ready to eat.


The fudge is wonderful on its own, but you can flavor it with anything you like. Instant coffee, licorice powder, peppermint oil, or citrus zest are all good options. The fudge has a festive taste thanks to cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. If you’re feeling brave, top with a sprinkling of smoked chiles or sea salt. Start with 1-2 tablespoons of flavour and work your way up.
