Banana bread with low carbs
Simple to prepare, slightly sweet, and wonderfully moist. This low-carb banana bread with eggs and almond flour is great for breakfast or a low-carb snack after a workout. It has no gluten, no grains, and just 3 grams of net carbohydrates per slice. It’s a nutritious, sweetener-free banana bread that the entire family will love.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
In a food processor or a medium-sized bowl if using an electric hand mixer, combine the banana, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Blend until completely smooth.
Mix in the dry ingredients until everything is thoroughly mixed.
Line a 9″ x 5″ (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Halfway through the bread, take a look at it. Cover loosely with tin foil if the top begins to brown.
Allow for at least 30 minutes of cooling on the rack. Cut into pieces and serve with low-carb nut butter or butter.
