This keto take on the traditional omelet is even better than the restaurant version! Fluffy, cheesy, egg deliciousness — this keto take on the classic omelet is much better than the diner version! It’s the perfect breakfast, lunch, or supper combination, thanks to the delicious ham, peppers, and onion.




  1. Whisk the eggs and cream together in a mixing dish until light and frothy. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Mix in half of the shredded cheese well.

  3. In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  4. For a few minutes, sauté the diced ham, onion, and peppers. Fry until the omelet is nearly set, then add the egg mixture. Make a special effort not to burn the edges.

  5. After a few minutes, turn down the heat. The remaining cheese should be sprinkled on top. If desired, fold the omelet.
