Avocado-based seafood salad
A delicious seafood salad with shrimp and salmon, both of which are high in protein. The mix of healthful fats in avocado, mayonnaise, and sour cream make this a great keto dinner. If you’re dairy-free, leave off the sour cream and replace it with a little extra mayonnaise.
Combine lime juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion in a mixing bowl. Remove from the equation.
Toss the salmon, shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and tomato in a large mixing basin.
Toss the fish and vegetables lightly in the mayonnaise dressing to mix.
Allow 20-30 minutes to cool before serving.
