  1. In a small bowl, crack the eggs and mix them together with a fork with little salt and pepper.

  3. Pour the eggs into the pan and whisk constantly for 1–2 minutes, or until they are creamy and cooked to your liking. Keep in mind that the eggs will continue to cook after you’ve placed them on your platter.
