Keto garlic butter oven-baked chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Season both the interior and outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts up side down.

  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the garlic and butter. The butter should not brown; it should just melt.

  4. Allow the butter to cool for a few minutes.

  5. Pour the garlic butter all over the chicken and within it. Bake for 1 to 12 hours on the lowest oven rack, or until the internal temperature reaches 180°F (82°C). Every 20 minutes, baste with the juices from the pan’s bottom.
