Keto Crunchy Berry Mousse – Recipe

Hey, I’m back with another Keto recipe! I’m really excited about this one because this is the first time I’ve made a mousse, and I’m really impressed with how well it turned out! In the past I’ve made a lot of mousse-like desserts and they never turned out as well.  I’ve made a lot of mousse recipes at home and in the kitchen over the last year, but I’ve never made one from scratch at home. I have to say that I think this one is pretty good and very easy to make.  It’s the perfect dessert to make for a keto diet!

Keto Crunchy Berry Mousse Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup of cream cheese 1 cup of fiber syrup (can be found in the powdered section of your local store) 1 cup of heavy cream 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (I like to use frozen fruit because it makes it more like the mousse in the restaurant) 1 cup of chocolate ice cream (I use Häagen Dazs, but you can use any brand you like) Method: 1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth. 2. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours to set. 3. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Pour the cream into a bowl and whip with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Add the lemon zest and vanilla towards the end.
  2. Add berries and nuts to the whipped cream and stir thoroughly.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for 3 or more hours for a firm mousse. You can also enjoy the dessert immediately if you don’t mind a less firm consistency.
