Make this easy keto snack in minutes with just two ingredients!
- 8 slices Pepper Jack cheese (or whatever cheese you have on hand)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 sheet of baking paper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut each slice of cheese into four small slices using a pizza cutter.
Place the cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Then watch them for a few more minutes until browned and crispy.
Remove from oven and let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Spread each slice with cream cheese to finish.
