I don’t know if it’s the foodie in me, or the fact that I am Italian, but I love trying new things in the kitchen, and experimenting with recipes. Since my wife and I had be married, we have been trying to cook more Italian meals, and Italian dishes are always my favorite. So, after searching the internet for a recipe for making an Italian plate, I found this one. As you can see, it’s pretty simple, and the main idea is to use prosciutto as a topping for the plate.
