Pizza omelet on a keto diet

Is that an omelet, or something else? Is that a pizza, or something else? Is that a quiche, or something else? Who gives a damn?! Call it anything you want when it tastes this delicious and is also keto. Just be sure to invite everyone to supper for this easy, delicious dish!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

  2. Begin by preparing the crust. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the other ingredients. To mix, give it a thorough stir.

  3. Use parchment paper to line a pie plate (a regular sized pie plate will serve two people) or any other oven-safe dish (crumple the sheet before you flatten it out to make it stay down more easily). Pour in the dough for the pizza crust. With a spatula, spread it out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pizza dough is golden brown.

  4. With the backside of a spoon, spread tomato sauce over the crust. Place a slice of cheese on top.

  5. Bake for a further 10 minutes, or until the pizza is golden brown.

  6. Serve with a sprinkling of oregano.

EGG OMELETS – If you’ve been following my low carb lifestyle for any length of time, you’ll know I’m a big fan of egg omelets. They are easy to make, easy on the stomach, and a great way to use up all the leftover eggs from the weekend. In fact, I’ve been known to make egg omelets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I also make them when I’m cooking for someone else, and they’re a great way to share one dish with everyone. I’ve come up with a few different variations of the traditional egg omelet, but this one is my favorite so far!. Read more about fast keto pizza and let us know what you think.
