If you’re like me, you grew up eating Helper burgers on a regular basis, which were delicious! Although the original version is not keto friendly, I converted it into a low-carb dish that cooks in just under 40 minutes and can be made in one pan.

This super simple keto dinner recipe will leave everyone happy and wanting more. This cheese-filled dish can be prepared on a busy weekday. I have to say that the leftovers are even tastier the next day.
Some tips for preparing the Keto Hamburger Helper
- Want to add other ketone-friendly vegetables besides zucchini? Add all your favorites like broccoli, bell pepper and/or mushrooms!
- Make it even tastier by adding bacon! My boys love anything with bacon in it and it adds an extra touch of sophistication to the dish.
- If you have a busy night, you can cook the beef mixture the night before, then add the cheese on top and put it in the oven to warm up and let the cheese melt.

A deliciously simple, cheesy, ketone-friendly version of the classic Hamburger Helper!
- 1 tablespoon of keto-freundliches oil
- 1 small o o diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ed gran gran gran gran gran gran
- 1/2 cup Rinderbrühe
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 Doppelrahm cup
- 4 cups diced garden
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup scharfer Cheddar-Käse, grated
In a large ovenproof skillet, such as a cast iron pan, sauté the onion and chopped garlic in a tablespoon of ketone oil. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and granulated sweetener. Saute over medium-high heat. After cooking the beef, drain all the fat from the pan.
Add the beef broth, tomato paste and cream cheese. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Add the double cream, diced zucchini and two cups of Monterey Jack cheese.
Stir over low heat for 5-10 minutes until zucchini is tender.
Turn the oven to low and put a cup of grated cheddar cheese on the burger helper. Place in the oven under the grill until the cheese is melted.
