Do you want to indulge in a decadent keto chocolate treat? With this keto double chocolate brownie made with cocoa and dark chocolate, there’s no such thing as too much chocolate. It’s a wonderful party treat, but they’ll go quickly, so keep a couple for yourself!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Using parchment paper, line a 9” by 13” (23 x 33 cm) baking dish.

  3. Combine the butter, almond butter, eggs, and sweetener in a hand mixer or stand mixer. Mix until the sweetener is completely dissolved.

  4. Stir in the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, salt, water, vanilla extract, and instant coffee powder until everything is well combined. Toss in the chopped chocolate bar with a light hand.

  5. Fill the baking dish halfway with the ingredients and level it out with a spatula. It will be a thick batter.

  6. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25–28 minutes, or until just set. Overbaking will result in dry bars.

  7. Allow 20 to 30 minutes for cooling before cutting.
